The photo in the email may be different
You may receive a generic photo of any product — don't worry: it's only for security. The product you purchased matches exactly what you chose at VSF.
In the confirmation email, the name and photo may be of a generic item, not the model you selected on the site. This is normal. Your order is still the exact item from the purchase — we are preparing it as confirmed.
We use a generic description in payment processing because most payment platforms do not allow certain product categories.
To see exactly which order is yours — the item you chose at VSF — use Track Order, above, with the number (including the #) and the email used at the time of purchase.
